Reason for starting blog

I got the idea to start this blog because of a thought that has plagued me since the passing of my grandfather. Before my grandfather passed he had dementia and I often would spend time at my grandparents house with them. Many times my grandma and mom would say that I should start documenting my experiences caregiving for my grandfather. I always wanted to write a book about his life and dementia but never really got past the planning so today whike at work I decided a blog would be a good way to start and who knows maybe I’ll write a book later. Well anyway that’s my reasoning
